- (2025) Norway Refugee Council – Study of the wider impacts of Shelther and Settlement in Children Wellbeing and learning capacities: First phase of a four-phase consultancy for developing a monitoring and evaluation system for the NRC to collect evidence of the links and impacts of shelter and settlement in the education of children and young people for different vulnerable popupations including refugees, internally displaced people, returnees, migrants and host communities in settlements around the World. The first phase conceptualises and gathers theoretical and practical knowledge and the following phases pilot and implement an M&E system worldwide
- (2024) British Council – Higher Education And Student Mobility – Assessment Of Mutual Recognition Treaties Effectiveness DAC based evaluation challenged by the lack of informants that circumvented it through the development of a theory driven approach grasping sensitive intervention points with an influence on the approach of Higher Education systems. The evaluation was implemented through a case study approach in Peru, Mexico and India.
- (2023) UNESCO programma Media and Information Literacy multimedia platform (Partnership: 12+ partners). Co-design, launching and fundraising for the Implementation of a media literacy platform in partnership with UNESCO, the International Federation of Libraries, the University of Barcelona and the University of Sarajevo plus a range of Worldwide associated partners. To the core of things is in charge of M&E and implementing component five (MEL services to media literacy practitioners and stakeholders through the development of a Worldwide MIL practices database and an associated Machine learning software to provide assistance in the design, monitoring and evaluation of MIL interventions.
- (2022/23) Strategic consultancies on monitoring and quality assessment mechanisms: including OHCHR annual report and appeal processes and products and UNESCO Culture sector reporting and monitoring mechanisms of Worldwide Cultural Conventions and other normative instruments. The scope include 10 monitoring mechanisms from top multilateral standard setting organisations including (UN Human rights Council, OECD, the Council of Europe, ILO, IMF, and UNEP) and developed a tailored methodology for assessing monitoring systemas and reporting products.
