Post-Soviet Union and digital security expert. He is fluent in Russian and has long experience in post-soviet countries and human rights issues and has worked since 2009 in Freedom of Environment related field both as a project manager and as a consultant for a variety of stakeholders including Internews, HURIDOC, Civil Right Defenders, Access Info Europe, SILC, etc.

Balkans, media and MEL expert. She has been working for over 20 years in the media and HRDs sector for Civil Right Defenders and is currently consulting as  a result based management and MEL expert.

Media and Azerbaijan expert. She is a journalist with long experience in development cooperation and work with vulnerable groups in Azerbaijan. She has worked for the media sector as both journalist and project manager where she got acquainted with professional techniques for interviews, researches and focus groups. She has as well long experience participating in projects focused on sensitive development cooperation topics (assistance to children victims of human trafficking, violence against women, socio economic rights of vulnerable groups, etc.) and has just produced for the UNFPA a series of short stories for mainstreaming the voices of vulnerable groups. She will provide her invaluable skills to the evaluation with her insights on the country, her research skills and her journalism experience.

Eurasia and CSOs expert. She is currently based in Kirgizstan and has over 10 years’ experience of capacity building of government, local self-governance, civil society organizations and local communities through collaborative activities.

Kyrgyzstan and media expert. She is a professional in the communication and M&E sectors with over 10 years’ experience acquired through different assignments and works to different organisaitons including the UNDP environment programme, the Institute for Sustainable Development and Strategy or the EU-UN joint social justice project.
